The Stone Creek Landing condos in Dothan, AL are even more beautiful at night, as many visitors have now seen. Gas lanterns mark the main entrance and guard house. Eave lighting accentuates the large clubhouse directly inside the main entrance. Decorative post lights surround the clubhouse pool, overlooking the lighted fountain in the main lake. Custom streetlights provide ample but intimate lighting, making you feel at comfortable and safe during your evening walks in the cool night air. Epcon is now putting the finishing touches on the first Courtyard Collection homes at Stone Creek Landing. With the paint still wet, home owner’s will anxiously begin moving into their new dream homes at the end of August! Unfortunately for most, the entire first building is already sold so the first available Courtyard homes are still a few months away from completion. The second Courtyard building, already well underway, does have some availability and will provide the first example of the largest Courtyard home, the Ducal. The new Courtyard homes, both finished and those under construction, can be toured daily between 12-5pm.
