Home DesignThe European Countryside design will be built at Stone Creek Landing. The materials are a combination of stone, brick, and maintenance free hardi-plank siding. Varied roof pitches and home model configuration combine to create a diverse and aesthetically pleasing exterior appearance.

Epcon Communities has spent significant time and resources in an effort to study demand trends and in turn create homes that are designed from the residents’ perspective. This experience ensures the Stone Creek Landing residents feel welcome the instant they arrive, beginning with the dramatically landscaped community entrance and continuing down the walk to the garden which surrounds every private front door. This attention to detail, which continues into the house, provides unmatched quality and represents years of forward thinking. Entering through the front door, the openness of the great room sets a tone which continues throughout each model, containing distinctive components like divided light windows and fireplaces which serve as focal points of the rooms.

Stone Creek Landing will feature both the Classic and the Cathedral Series floor plans. The layouts are so unique that Epcon has been granted national copyrights and patents on the models. The Classic style has two layouts, the Chateau and Villa, while the Cathedral‘s two designs are the Abbey and Canterbury. Both series of homes are built with superior construction materials and provide features which are normally reserved for more expensive residences. The convenience of single story ranch style living is found in three of the floor plans, while the fourth incorporates an upstairs that can serve as an office or extra bedroom, and each home has an attached 2 car garage.

The New Courtyard Collection Series is now available at Stone Creek Landing! Epcon Communities spent millions of dollars designing these amazing new floor plans to perfectly fit our homeowner's lifestyle, and Dothan is one of only a handful of locations across the country where these new homes are currently being built. The Aboreta, Bramante, Colonnade, and Ducal make up the Courtyard Collection and each have a large outdoor living space with access from the bedroom and living area. Courtyard Collection construction will start in February, with homes available for occupancy in June of 09.
