A new ribbon of black asphalt winding through Phase 2 of Stone Creek Landing signals an end to the site development. The completion comes just in time, as the vertical construction in Phase 2 will follow just weeks behind with the construction of 5 new floor plans! The extremely popular Canterbury will see the addition of a large bonus room over the garage, increasing the total living space to over 2400 sq. ft. A second building is going to be built simultaneously and showcase all 4 of the newly revealed Courtyard Collection homes. It is a very exciting time for the community and future home owner’s alike, as Dothan will be the one of the handful of communities across the country to offer these new homes.
