Described as the next Branson, MO, Country Crossing’s artist lineup and geographical location will ensure that it will far outshine the city it is currently projected to emulate. The developers anticipate a Grand Opening in Fall of '09.

Recreation. The city recently selected a location for what will become the James O. Oates Park. Originally titled the “southwest park”, the park entrance is approximately half a mile from our community on Taylor Road. There will be walking paths, soccer and baseball fields, a nature preserve, and a $7.5 million dollar activity center. The activity center is high on Dothan's list of priorities and construction at the park is scheduled to begin sometime in 2009.
